Preview: Columbus Symphony ends season on 'Fantastique' note

Brad Keefe, Columbus Alive

What better way to conclude the Symphony's season of master works than with the color-coated dreamland of Berlioz's "Symphonie Fantastique"?

Also helping put another successful season to bed is a selection from Bach's Cantata No. 60 and Brahms' "Three Motets," both featuring the Ohio State University Chorale. Devotees, arrive an hour early for WOSU's classical music guru Christopher Purdy's lecture on the music in the show.
