Feeling all Memorial Day-ey? This concert by the Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra that pays homage to American history is sure to suffice.

The five symphonic works on the bill are by African-American, Native-American, Asian and Hispanic composers, and the evening includes a performance of “Ellis Island, the Dream of America.” Seven actors portray immigrants who traveled to America, their experiences recorded in the landmark Ellis Island Oral History Project.
