The Dublin Arts Council is displaying the work of Dublin City School students of all ages. Make sure to stop by the opening reception Aug. 12, which includes “PupArt,” a fundraising effort (with silent auction and light snacks and beverages) for Friends of the Shelter, a branch of the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center. The reception will allow students to professionally show and sell their work to raise money for shelter pets. It’s the most feel-good art event of the season.
