Linda Langhorst’s current exhibit presents a journey through the musical traditions of jazz and blues that began in New Orleans and traveled north over the decades, picking up traits and influences along the way.

From the Gulf Coast and Mississippi Delta up through Memphis and Chicago, Langhorst captures the landscapes and people of “The Blues Highway” with her intimate and scenic oil paintings, reliving the sights and sounds the artist encountered during her travels.
