Arter retired in 2013, and began thinking about his life and experiences over the years.

Those reflections begat his current exhibit — a cornucopia of creative expression that goes beyond the fine art medium.

It truly is a life, Arter’s very impactful one, represented by imagination, his very effectual, personal one.
