The Columbus Dance Theatre’s “A-Z” performance is an audience favorite, partly because the audience plays a role.

The dance company will execute 26 dance phrases based on each letter of the alphabet, and jazz pianist Bradley Sowash will play three pieces of music for the first act. During intermission the audience will rank each dance number and musical composition.

The second act is constructed by CDT artistic director Tim Veach’s impromptu choreography creation based on the audience’s selections.
