Best Sushi Restaurant: Haiku
Haiku considers food an art form. Its specialty sushi rolls come sprinkled or drizzled with toppings that make the meals picture-worthy, and the bright red and pink of the remarkably fresh tuna and salmon are easy on the eyes, too.
While Haiku offers masterful versions of the standard Rainbow, Spider and Alaskan rolls, its unique menu items are what make sushi fans freak out. The pretty Harvest Roll - which combines avocado, acorn squash, cream cheese, sweet mango sauce and spicy sriracha - was initially served as a temporary special, but its popularity has elevated it to a permanent role on the specials list. Patrons also rave about the Crunching Buckeye Roll, which includes eel, crab stick, masago and pecans.
