If you can't wait for the May opening of Jobu Ramen to experience noodle bliss, you're in luck.

Columbus-based Mashita Noodle Bar owner John Franke teamed up with Jobu Ramen's founder, Michael Kopfman to open a location at 1439 Grandview Ave. in mid-May, but this weekend the duo is previewing an abridged menu at Double Happiness (482 S. Front St.)

From 5 p.m.- 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, patrons can enjoy meat or veggie noodle bowls, house made kimchi, BBQ kimchi burritos, five spice Kara-age wings, and special spicy ramen noodles.
