Cincinnati chain Tom + Chee is adding a third Columbus location at 1980 N. High St. in the former Pera restaurant space.

The campus spot will open on Nov. 14, and will join franchised locations in Hilliard and Pickerington.

Tom + Chee takes its name from TOMato soup and grilled CHEEse sandwiches; they feature fancy grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, salads and a line-up of sandwiches made with grilled donuts instead of bread.

The business started as a tent in Cincinnati's Fountain Square, and after the owners appeared on ABC's "Shark Tank," they began opening brick-and-mortar locations and franchising across the country.
