Food news: Koko Tea Salon opens downtown location; Bento Go opening on Henderson Road

Gahanna-basedKoko Tea Salon & Bakery has opened a second location Downtown at 361 E. Broad St., offering tea, coffee and cupcakes plus breakfast and lunch.

A new Asian fast casual restaurant calledBento Gois slated to open Wednesday, June 1 at 2226 W. Henderson Rd. The eatery will feature ramen, sushi, stir-fried noodles and Japanese bento meals.

GOGI Korean BBQhas opened at 1138 Bethel Rd., former location of SanSu.

Custom Chef at 88 E. Broad St. Downtown has closed.

Dark Horse Tavern opened at 1355 Briarcliff Rd. in Reynoldsburg, former site of Sticks & Stones.

TheMax & Erma'sat Polaris closed and will be converted into aMackenzie River Pizza Grill & Pub.

Fast casual chainPizzaRev, which opened a location in the Gateway University District earlier this year, has announced two additional locations: one at 5010 N. Hamilton Rd. in Gahanna and one on Sawmill Road in Dublin.
