Things We Love: Native Cold Pressed's Erin Thacker and Nicole Salvo's picks

Erin Thacker and Nicole Salvo opened Native Cold Pressed Juice in the Short North about a year ago because they were inspired to not only promote health, but also make it convenient for themselves and their friends to refuel after yoga. Those concerns continue to drive their business, particularly through special events like a monthly "yoga brunch" at The Kitchen venue and a new event, "New Year with Native," that starts Thursday, Jan. 22. "New Year with Native" will incorporate cold pressed cocktails, raw hors d'oeuvres and live music.

Till Dynamic

Their food is the most fresh, local and creative in the city. We used to do our business meetings there actually, just to kind of get out and celebrate. We would be like, "Oh yeah, business meeting at Till," really just as an excuse to eat there. NS

WholeWorld Natural Bakery and Restaurant

This little shop in Clintonville has been there for years. It's so tiny, but they have been doing vegan and vegetarian options for a really long time and everything is made from scratch and so, so good. I have to give a shout out to them because I love it so much. ET

The War on Drugs

This band has been on the scene for a long time, but they are really up and coming now. They are just incredible. They really channel a lot of Bob Dylan, the Beatles - the kind of music I can spend hours on my computer listening to. ET

I got a lot of stuff for my wedding at Bohindi, which is a little online [and Upper Arlington] store with great jewelry. They are Bohemian in style, and I love that. NS

We met at a yoga event, immediately hit it off and had this awesome connection. Nicole was working at Lululemon at the time, and that is how I started working there. ET

I am an ambassador for Lululemon, so I am really partial to them because obviously, I get a ton of my clothes there. But nobody's clothes fit better than theirs. Their clothes make you actually want to go to yoga; they have mastered women in a way that other companies haven't. NS
