TV review: Are You There, Chelsea

You know how bad “Whitney” is? NBC’s Chelsea Handler-inspired comedy starring Laura Prepon (“That ‘70s Show”) is actually worse. Bad jokes, annoying characters — mainly Handler’s Sloan — and an unbearable laugh track makes me miss “Community” that much more.
