Music: Mucca Pazza

Move over, Nick Cannon: Chicago's 34-piece punk-rock marching band Mucca Pazza is coming to Skylab. This curious outfit sometimes spills into the streets in haphazard form (and equally inconsistent uniform) to dredge up crowds with a pied-piper approach. Not sure how many folks they'll find on Gay Street on a Tuesday night, but many eager listeners should already be packed into the fifth-floor gallery space at 57 E. Gay St., ready to witness the supposedly mind-blowing sounds of the band known as "Mad Cow." Sounds like standard marching band music to these ears, but perhaps YouTube robs this bunch of their subtle charms. -Chris DeVille
