Weed rappers have been around for ages (Too Short), and the trend continues to this day (Wiz Khalifa). But the rapper most readily associated with blazing is probably Devin the Dude. He revels in his reputation on the new "Suite #420," a hazy, lazy romp through rap and R&B jams with a single-minded focus on toking and poking.
