Staff pick: Dead Prez at Ohio Homecoming Kickoff Show

The Ohio Homecoming is a huge party that’s been happening in Cleveland for a few years. This year Columbus gets its own version of the event geared toward bringing Ohio expats back to their home state.
What Dead Prez has to do with that I do not know, but I ain’t complaining. The always-opinionated M-1 and stic promise a new album in 2012, but first they’ll play Skully’s this Saturday as a sort of warning shot for next weekend’s full slate of Ohio Homecoming activities.
Also appearing Saturday: Cali Kid Dubz, Luxury League, Alexander Dreamer and Rela.
