Meek Mill, Megadeth, The Sword and more touring through Columbus

Huge week for heavy metal concerts announcements, plus a few scattered delights from across the genre spectrum. Here's what's coming to Columbus stages soon.

Maybach Music hothead Meek Mill will headline LC Pavilion on Oct. 13. Tickets are on sale now for $33 and $53.

Megadeth, whose Dave Mustaine has been running his mouth lately, will play the LC on Nov. 20. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. for $36.

More metal: Austin thrashers The Sword will play A&R Music Bar on Nov. 18. Tickets are on sale now for $18.

And more metal: Although they won't be joining Lamb of God, Adult Swim offshoot Dethklok will bring cartoon headbanging to the LC on Nov. 9. Ticket sales start at 10 a.m. Friday for $35.

Alt-rockers/Jack White impersonators Band of Skulls play the Newport on Oct. 16. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. for just $10.

Outlaw country iconoclast David Allen Coe is booked at Screamin' Willie's for Nov. 30. Tickets are on sale now for $25 advance, $30 day of.

Lastly, Old Crow Medicine Show is throwing another LC Pavilion hootenanny Oct. 26. Tickets cost $35 and are on sale now.
