Twenty One Pilots's "Vessel" is out today; stream the album and meet the band

The occasion for our Twenty One Pilots cover story last week was the impending release of the Columbus duo's Fueled By Ramen debut album, Vessel. That release is upon us today, and to celebrate, the band will be at Best Buy at Polaris at 6 p.m. to sign copies of the album. This seems like a good time to remind you that Vessel is streaming at SoundCloud right now. So press play on that, and meet me below for more big news.

Everybody make it here OK? Good. Let's proceed.

Last week the band announced a bunch of tour dates for early 2013, starting with an MTV showcase in New York on Jan. 16 and ending with a return to Japan and South Korea in March. But that's only the beginning of what promises to be an extensive 2013 odyssey. (Hint: It involves music festivals of repute.)No word yet on another local appearance, but I'll certainly let you know; for now, if you're itching to see these guys in action, your best bet is to drive to Bowling Green on January 31.

Lastly, the video for "Guns For Hands" is out now, directed by the band's longtime videographer Mark Eshelman of Reel Bear Media. Have a look, won't you? It certainly captures their essence.
