Concert preview: Flogging Molly to keep rowdiness going following Crew game

Celtic punk band Flogging Molly played Crew Stadium after a Crew game last year thanks in large part to drummer George Schwindt's status as a Columbus resident and season ticket holder. Following a rousing victory over rival Chicago, the band’s anthems were sounding particularly stadium-ready.

Schwindt and his bandmates are returning to rock “The House That Hunt Built” post-game this Sunday on the heels of the Crew's showdown with Portland Timbers. Win or lose, it’s going to get rowdy in there.

The soccer starts at 5 p.m. with the music to follow. The Pummel Portland concert is included with tickets to the game; access to the field area in front of the stage is available for an additional charge.
