Staff Pick: Bone Thugs-N-Harmony reunite for new tour and album

Unlike the partial Bone Thugs-N-Harmony reunion that toured through town in recent years, the show coming to Skully’s this Tuesday is the real deal: All five members, together again.

Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone, Wish Bone, Bizzy Bone and Flesh-n-Bone are celebrating the 20th anniversary of signing with Eazy E’s Ruthless Records and preparing a new album, The Art of War: World War III for later this year.

Their timing couldn’t be better. Cleveland’s greatest hip-hop export is one of the most prominent influences at this moment in rap, informing stars from the West Coast (Kendrick Lamar) to the East (A$AP Mob). And if you thought Drake or Kanye was the first to bring sing-songy flow to hip-hop radio, you’ve got some thuggish, ruggish research to brush up on.

G. Finesse and The N.S., Jericho FosterThe Dysfunktional FamilyBizzRiggz round out the bill.
