Memphis rapper Young Dolph makes his intentions clear from the onset of his latest, High Class Street Music 5, spitting, “I ain’t gonna never ever stop selling dope.”

Over the course of the album’s 14 cuts, the MC rhymes about his desire to accumulate wealth (“Go Get the Money,” “Make the World Go Round”), his hardscrabble upbringing (“You had a silver spoon … I had it hard” he growls atop a jittery trap beat on one song) and how the confluence of the two has fueled his by-any-means necessary mindset.
