Harry & the Potters to bring wizard rock to Ace of Cups

It's a good week to be a Harry Potter fan in Columbus. Starting April 21, CAPA will be bringing "Potted Potter," a parody that condenses all seven Potter books into one 70-minute performance, to the Riffe Center stage.

But for a more rockin' option, the longtime Potter-inspired "wizard rock" stylings of Harry and the Potters will be coming to Ace of Cups for an early all-ages show tomorrow, Wednesday, April 15. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the Potters slated to go on at 7 p.m. (like we said, it's early).

The band has released three albums of Hogwarts-inspired music (sample title: "Save Ginny Weasley"), Ace of Cups will be honoring the occasion with non-alcoholic "butterbeer" and "unicorn blood" drinks. Tickets are $10 at the door.
