Concert preview: Cam'ron, Juelz Santana and more resurrect NYC hip-hop collective Dipset

Even if the name Dipset doesn’t register, its membership certainly should.
The collective, which formed in Harlem, New York in 1997, boasts a star-studded roster of rappers, including Cam’ron, Juelz Santana, Jim Jones and Freekey Zekey. And though it’s been more than a decade since the crew released an album (Diplomatic Immunity, from 2004), rumors of a follow-up have been circulating for months. In the interim, Dipset has leaked a handful of new tracks, like the breezy, pass-the-mic boasts of the sax-flecked “Have My Money,” which should tide fans over while the quartet puts the finishing touches on its next full-length.
