Concert preview: Reggie Watts at Off the Grid

Joel Oliphint

The Wexner Center's Off the Grid party is a fundraiser, so tickets don't come cheap ($75 in advance), but it's not every day that Reggie Watts — a musician, beatboxer, stand-up comedian and current bandleader/announcer on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” — visits Columbus. It's anybody's guess which version(s) of Watts partygoers will witness. After Watts' 9:30 p.m. set, Canadian DJ and producer Jacques Greene (aka Philippe Aubin-Dionne) will soundtrack the '90s-themed party with his minimalist, synth- and sample-based club music. (Safe bet)
