I always walk out with something at Maurices, because it's right by my house. I don't like spending a whole lot of money on real trendy pieces.

Things that I'll have for years - suits, staple shoes like work heels.

What do you usually wear for work?

Suits. Always skirts. I never wear pants. I mean, I'm allowed to, I just never do.

What color do you wear most often?

Red. I have a red skirt, I have red jackets, I have four pairs of red shoes.

What are you loving this winter?

I'm going through a big red-patent-leather phase.

Who makes your favorite shoes?

Ellen Tracy. The only time I don't wear heels is in the gym. Literally.

What's your favorite out-of-town city for shopping?

Chicago.

What makeup do you like?

I use Estee Lauder eye shadow because it blends really well. The baddest mascara that's out right now is the Voluminous [in] carbon black by L'Oreal.
