A "Best of 2010" exhibition debuting Sunday at the Ohio Craft Museum features more than 100 works of art, most of it created by Ohioans.

The exhibition, displayed in the museum's main gallery, will showcase artwork made from clay, glass, metal, wood and fiber, said Betty Talbott, museum director. "Everything from stone sculptures to jewelry pieces," she said. "This is a show that goes over the whole gamut of craft."

Many of the pieces will be for sale, but must continue traveling with the show as it tours other parts of the state. "It's one of our missions to help our membership get out and be seen, and this is one way we do it," Talbott said.

Fifteen artists will be honored with awards for excellence during the opening reception for the show on Sunday, May 2, from 1 to 4 p.m. The winners were chosen in the Ohio Design Craftsmen's 27th annual juried members' competition.

The exhibition runs through June 20.
