Staff Pick: Food-truck parties

Columbus Alive

There’s been an explosion of mobile food in Columbus this year, leaving the streets peppered with crepes, cupcakes, tacos and other affordable eats. Only tried that one cart outside the office? This week, you’ve got two opportunities to wade deeper into the wonderful world of sidewalk supping.

Food-Truck-A-Palooza happens Thursday, Oct. 14, at the Ohio Historical Society. After sampling from Leslie’s Creperie, 3 Babes and a Baker and other on-the-go operations, you can enter the museum for free. On Saturday, many of these local vendors will reconvene for Food Cart Food Court, a fundraiser to benefit the Wonderland arts collective.
