Bexley Pizza Plus chef wins awards

Spicy pepato pepperoni and mesquite-roasted portabella mushrooms helped a local chef earn top marks during the International Pizza Challenge, held March 1-3 in Las Vegas.

Brad Rocco, co-owner of Bexley Pizza Plus, placed highest among all American chefs in the Best Traditional Pizza category. His pies won the eastern division and placed third worldwide.
