Local milliner Brenda Risacher has a new line of hats, and the pieces are inspired by Hollywood's golden age. "I research the time period andlook for the story behind the movie star who wore the hat," Risacher says. "I also research the most influential millinery designers of the 30's and 40's and recreatesome of their notable work." Some actresses from whom Risacher has drawn inspiration include Ingrid Bergman and Greta Garbo.
