Aveda Fashion Night: Art of Beauty

Hauns Korpela, guest artist and educational director for Scott J Salons and Spas in New York City, along with Aveda Institute students will present a runway show inspired by celebrated artists Pablo Picasso, Claude Monet, Toulouse-Lautrec, Georges Seurat, Georgia O'Keeffe, Andy Warhol and Vincent Van Gogh. Miss America will also be at the annual benefit, a release said.

Proceeds are going to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio and its Camp Oty'Okwa in Hocking Hills. Aveda hopes to bring in $35,000 for the program, which focuses on teaching children about the environment. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and Fusian Sushi will give away free sushi for the first hour.

Advance general admission tickets are $15, $20 on the day of the show. Reserved tickets are $30, $35 on the day of. VIP tickets, which include a 6 p.m. meet-and-greet reception with Miss America, catered by Bonefish Grill, are $50 in advance and $60 on the day of the show.
