Nurtur's Earth Day Cut-A-Thon

Beauty for the Earth is part of Aveda's Earth Day Cut-A-Thon, an effort to break the Guinness World Record for most money raised for charity in a day by haircuts. Proceeds are going to the Central Ohio Sierra Club's Clean Water Campaign.

The Upper Arlington salon is offering $20 haircuts, facials and makeup applications. Grandview will have $20 haircuts, color glosses and shampoo styles.

The salons will also have a bake sale, raffle baskets, a silent auction of art, a giving tree and a prize wheel.
