I picked this neutral color combo with a yellow accent, because it's a subtle way to punch up a look. Prints are not only personal, but they can be quite overpowering, so picking a fun print with a neutral base can alleviate the stress of feeling like it may be "too much." The yellow and tan is also a great accent to my favorite color palette of white, gray and black, so it works with many other items in my wardrobe. I will always take a scarf on a plane, as it is both fashionable and practical when the air is blasting and I want to wrap myself up for a more comfortable traveling experience. It also makes a great necklace replacement, adding interest and accent to any look.
