As we comb through the photos of our home décor features, one of our favorite places to pause (and ogle)? The kitchen.

It is, after all, called the "heart of the home," and we love to see how the varying tastes of the city's design-savvy are translated in this gathering place.

So we flipped through our archives to bring you five of our favorite kitchens. Enjoy!

One of our favorite features overall, this Bexley home is perfectly accented with French-inspired decor. See it all here.

Owned byDebbie Neimeth and her husband, Cardinal Health CEO George Barrett, this German Village home is historic, colorful and elegant. See it here.

White on white on white-that's the name of the game for Bungalow Home owner Julie DeVito Butler. Click here to see the restof this house (including the giant chess board).

The Jeffers' kitchen is bright and spacious-a reflection of the rest of the home's aesthetic, too. See it here.

The Granville home of Jim and Amy Matesich, featured in our most recent issue, is rustic, refined and cozy. See it all here.
