Kristan Early, the owner and designer behind Bella Beads Studio, is celebrating her new brick-and-mortar space over The Twisted Vine this weekend with an Open Studio event.

She'll be open Thursday, Sept. 11, and Friday, Sept. 12, from 5 to 8 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 13, from 2 to 7 p.m. Stop by for giveaways (she'll be doing one every hour) and to browse or buy some of her handmade pieces.

Early, who has been crafting her necklaces, bracelets, rings and wedding accessories since 2001, said the move gives her more opportunity to expand her hand stamping line, do personal appointments with brides, as well as offer classes for those interested in learning how to create their own baubles.

"Being above The Twisted Vine makes the space so much fun," Early wrote in an email.

She's working with the wine bar to offer tastings after classes, too.

"And for Open Studio nights, it is nice to be able to grab a glass of wine and then come upstairs and shop," she said.

The Bella Beads Studio won't have set hours, so watch the Facebook pageand Etsy site for details on events and classes. You can also shop her items at Thread in Dublin and Grandview and at Kussmaul Gallery in Granville.
