Dress for Success group Y.E.S! Columbus hosts Brewed for Success

Tell us about Y.E.S! Columbus.

It's geared toward the working woman who wants to donate her time and talent to Dress for Success but works during the day and can't come into the boutique to volunteer. We have after-hours happy hours where some of the proceeds go to Dress for Success. Everything we do is to champion the cause of Dress for Success. We are a young organization-only a couple years old.

What will people find at Brewed for Success?

Brewed for Success is at North High Brewing's brand-new brewing facility on Cleveland Avenue. You are hanging out and you get to see the really incredible machinery that makes the beer right then and there. The cost is $30, and it includes two North High Brewing beers or a cocktail. We'll also have food donations from places like Brio, The Table, The Rossi and Cheryl's Cookies. We're having DJ Pastel coming on at 10:30 p.m. to host a dance party. We are having a silent auction from 7 to 10 p.m. Some auction items include $100 to Southwest Airlines, a big package to Pure Barer, and tickets to the Blue Jackets and the Clippers. And a bunch of local artists are donating original pieces.

Where can we find more information and purchase tickets?

On our Eventbrite site, or people can purchase tickets ahead of time. We are also taking cash and credit at the door.
