Christine's Christmas: A concert to benefit Nationwide Children's Hospital

This year marks the 11th annual Christine's Christmas, a concert held in honor of Christine Wilson, who lost her life in an Ohio State house fire in 2003. Each year, Christine's Christmas (read more about the origins of the event here, in our November/December 2013 issue) takes place during the holiday season and features music from pianist Mark King. King, who was a neighbor of Wilson and her family, came up with the idea for Christine's Christmas.

This year's Christine's Christmas is Saturday, Dec. 13. It begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre at the Riffe Center. Along with holiday music from King and other performers, guests will enjoy a silent auction, hors d'oeuvres and dessert. The concert benefits the Christine Wilson Burn Center at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Tickets cost $100 for VIP, $75 for general admission and $25 for students. Tickets and more information are found at ChristinesChristmas.org. –Heather Weekley, @heather_weekley
