Our inaugural runway show, presented by the Diamond Cellar, is Thursday, April 9, at Strongwater Gallery & Event Space. Six local boutiques and one Worthington designer will send looks down the catwalk, and guests will enjoy a pop-up shop, drinks and hors-d'oeuvres, as well as swag bags and subscriptions. Although tickets are sold out, we'll be featuring plenty of online content leading up to and after the show. Stay tuned here at

Number of looks: Five

Inspiration:Our inspiration is fun, funky and functional fashions for every woman. They are all both figure flattering and chic.

Trends:This spring is all about floral prints, army green and coral statement pieces. Boho chic is very in this year, and we have many brands like Johnny Was, Chan Luu and Weston Wear that fit in this motif.

Theme:Our store is all about variety. We try to maintain a cohesive feel, while providing styles that anyone from your 15-year-old daughter to your 80-year-old grandmother would wear. We have wild statement pieces for the moment you want to stand out and beautiful simple tunics and dresses that are perfect for the office or an evening out.

Accessories:We love accessories. An outfit isn't complete until you add the perfect necklace, bracelet, bag or sometimes, body chain. We love the styling of boho-inspired looks from jewelry designers Chan Luu, Mikal Winn and Heather Benjamin. When we want something intricate and unique, we look to Ayala Bar and Jill Schwartz. When we want to add some pizzazz, we throw on our "Bargain Bling" necklaces, decked out with sparkling gems and jewels for just $25! Once jewelry is set, the bag is essential.

Hair/makeup:At many runway shows, all the models sport the same hair and makeup. We, however, are celebrating the diversity of our looks and our models' sizes and styles. Each model will have her own individual look. Once we have all of our looks finalized, we will select hair and makeup to match them.

Music:We were thinking happy and upbeat music. Pharrell's song, "Happy," and "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk, featuring Pharrell. A mash-up of the two songs together could be really fun!

Notable details:In Columbus, the name "Happy Go Lucky" has been associated with our fabulous home furnishings store. We see this runway show as a coming out party for Happy Go Lucky Her, which is less than a year old! We have so many unique clothing and accessory brands that aren't carried anywhere else in Columbus. Happy Go Lucky Her is proud to be a new destination for "fun with a flourish," right along side her sister store, Happy Go Lucky Home.
