How I stay fit:I'm really bad at working out, so I try to live an active lifestyle. I take my dog for long walks, and I'll play sports like volleyball or basketball with friends. I like to hike at local nature preserves.

Favorite healthy meal:Fish! I eat it about five times a week. It's a good, lean protein.

Personal style:It's kind of a mix between Parisian chic and modern edge.

Favorite item in my closet:My Tibi silk joggers. I can dress them up or keep them casual.
