Daily Bulletin: Walking to Remember

Melissa Kossler Dutton

A national organization that provides professional photos to families following the loss of a baby will hold its first Remembrance Walk in Columbus this month.

The Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Remembrance Walk allows family members and friends to honor babies who have died from miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS or other causes.

The June 24 event, which includes presentations and speakers in addition to a 1-mile walk, raises funds to aid the nonprofit organization’s mission. Registration for the walk, which will take place in Genoa Park along the Scioto Mile in Downtown Columbus, is $35 in advance, $40 at the event.
