Visitors to the Fall Harvest Festival at Otterbein University can participate in family activities while also making a difference in the community.

Otterbein’s Center for Community Engagement will hold the free annual event, which is open to the public, from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 28 at the Otterbein Community Garden. The garden is located at the Austin E. Knowlton Center for Equine Science, 600 N. Spring Road, Westerville. Parking is available at Heritage Middle School, 390 N. Spring Road.

The festival will feature carnival games, crafts, apple cider and doughnuts, a farmers market, educational stations and service projects. The event is part of the national Make a Difference Day initiative and the United Methodist Church Days of Service.
