It’s nearly here—the 2018 Columbus Weddings Show presented by Worthington Jewelers takes place next weekend! Here’s all you need to know about Central Ohio’s biggest and best—OK, only—two-day wedding expo extravaganza.

The Details

The show takes place Saturday, Jan. 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 14, from noon to 5 p.m. at Cardinal Hall at the Ohio Expo Center. Don’t forget to bring $5 cash for parking.

The Vendors

You will be able to plan your entire wedding using only companies found at the Columbus Weddings Show. We have more than 140 vendors covering literally every aspect of the big day, from the ring to the honeymoon. And many vendors offer special promotions and pricing exclusively for Show attendees, including…

And that’s just a few options. Other promotions include discounts on room rentals, photography services, honeymoon travel and more! You can see the full list here.

The Stage

The Columbus Weddings Runway Show returns to the stage once more, featuring 62 of the latest looks and trends from David’s Bridal, Henri’s Cloud Nine, White of Dublin, Off White and Men’s Wearhouse, with hair and makeup styling by Charles Penzone. The Runway Shows will take place on the main stage at 12:30 and 3:30 p.m. both days.

Don’t leave your seat too early, however; David Tutera will be taking the stage at 2 p.m. both days, presented by The Estate at New Albany. As with last year, Tutera will give an engaging presentation on planning your wedding and take questions from the audience.

The Prizes

It wouldn’t be the Columbus Weddings Show without some killer prizes and giveaways, would it? Of course not! This year, presenting sponsor Worthington Jewelers is giving away a stellar grand prize: A 1.06ct round diamond, plus a $2,500 gift card that you can use on anything in the store. Entering is easy; just enter your information at a registry kiosk when you arrive. The winner will be announced at the main stage just before the 3:30 p.m. Runway Show on Sunday.

The registry kiosk also enters you to win one of more than 100 other gifts and prizes including $250 to spend with participating vendors at the Show, bridal styling packages from Henri’s Cloud Nine and White of Dublin, a Charles Penzone bridal package, gift cards, fun tumblers and more. You can find complete details on all those prizes here.

At 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, Sunny 95 will take the main stage to announce the winner of the Bridal Fashion Giveaway Styled by David Tutera. Entries for that contest are now closed, but you still have a few days to enter to win a seat for you and one guest at the private dinner with Tutera hosted at The Estate at New Albany. (Enter here before midnight on Jan. 9.)

The Food

Ah, the food samples. (Aka the best way to get a reluctant fiancé or family member to attend the Show with you.) We’ll have savory macarons from The Fawcett Event Center, pulled pork and brisket from Smoked on High, tomato bruschetta from Virtues Golf Club, chicken risotto tortellini from The Berwick, chocolate-covered strawberries from Wedgewood Golf & Country Club and more, plus of course all the cake and dessert samples you can eat from the various bakers on-site. Find all the scrumptious details here.

Basically, what we’re saying is, come hungry.

If all that isn’t enough for you, a concession stand will have snacks available for purchase, and you can wash it all down with a mimosa or other adult beverage from the cash bar.
