Which is better, the book or the movie? Central Ohio families can judge for themselves when the eighth annual From Book to Film series gets underway.

Gateway Film Center and the Columbus Metropolitan Library are partnering again on the summer family film lineup, which will bring 13 literary adaptations to the big screen between May 25 and Aug. 23. Admission for up to four people is free with a CML card. Screenings are scheduled at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily.

The library will set up a reading station in the theater lobby with books from CML’s Friends of the Library.
