Etsy is a go-to resource for many couples planning their weddings. But did you know that you can shop handmade and local? Check out our top Etsy picks for this month, all from shop owners based right here in Columbus.

Get a little help on your next DIY project with this customizable lettering applique. Grab a jean jacket, T-shirt or other wearable, then apply your messaging and voila! DIY, done. Order the “bride” one, with or without your wedding date ($18-$20) for yourself, and a “babe” one for each of your bridesmaids. They’re perfect for your bachelorette party, wedding photos or just wearing around town. Want a custom message instead? That’ll run you just a little bit more.

We love these adorable, handmade, customized cake toppers! (In fact, editor Emma Frankart Henterly had something very similar adorning the top of her wedding cake in 2015.)
