Styled Shoot: Dark Green Spring

We’re huge fans of the dark, moody, contrast-y wedding photo trend of late. But with spring (finally) gracing us with its presence, we thought we’d be bidding the style adieu until next fall. That is, until we heard from Tyler Toles, owner of Special Day Events. Toles reached out to us with some photos from a styled shoot he’d recently coordinated, and we were blown away.

“The inspiration behind this shoot,” Toles tells us, “[was] to show ‘green spring’ doesn’t always have to be pastels and bright colors.” Additionally, he adds, the shoot showcases the fact that “community over competition”—that is, collaborating with like-minded vendors instead of vying for potential clients’ attention—“is how beauty is achieved.”

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
