Real Wedding Wednesdays: Jackie Schumeyer and Ryan Lieberman

Do not despair, Browns fans. A disappointing game might mean the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
At least that’s what Washington, D.C., residents Jackie and Ryan Lieberman would tell you. It was in a sports bar after a brutal loss to the Steelers—Jackie’s team—that she approached a dejected Ryan. While Jackie admits that it was an awkward introduction, it worked out—the pair wed nearly three years later.
The couple certainly seems to have a sense of humor. Aside from Jackie’s football digs, they cited hilarious vows and speeches as some of their favorite memories from their big day. Watching Jackie’s brother Billy split his pants at the reception was another moment of hilarity.
The ceremony also had plenty of sincere moments. Jackie’s mother delivered an emotional welcome speech, there was a beautiful tribute to Jackie’s late father, and her brother Billy—of pants-splitting fame—did a great job getting her down the aisle.
It seems like there is still plenty of love and laughter in their future … and maybe a few more Browns losses.
