Legoland Discovery Center Columbus Celebrates a Birthday

Legoland Discovery Center Columbus is celebrating the one-year mark with special activities and deals.

Through Sept. 28, visitors to the Easton attraction can see special decorations, meet Lego mascots, take special selfies and witness a special balloon drop as part of a 1st Birthday Celebration. Families also can enter a drawing to have themselves created as minifigures in Miniland Ohio.

Highlights include:

  • A chance to meet Bertie, Lloyd and other Lego characters at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. daily
  • A “birthday takeover” with special decorations in Miniland Ohio
  • Photo ops with a 6-foot Lego birthday cake crafted by Master Model Builder Maxx Davidson, and with a photo wall and props
  • A balloon drop at noon Sept. 28 in honor of the 2018 grand opening
  • Free admission for anyone whose birthday is Sept. 21-28 (with valid ID)
