Our Favorite Photo: Katie and Evan Taylor

The Taylors were wed on Oct. 5, 2018, at The Medallion Club.

“I love the photos of us on the golf course,” says Katie Taylor. But it’s not simply because those photos are lovely.

“I grew up living on the same golf course,” she explains. “I spent my childhood hanging out with my best friend, who was my matron of honor, playing on the golf course, riding bikes on the cart path and meeting at the clubhouse—where our wedding took place on the veranda overlooking the golf course—after school to grab food and catch up on our day.”

Evan Taylor, on the other hand, chose favorite images out of a mix of pragmatism and nostalgia.

“[I love] the photos of us during the ceremony,” he says. “Since the ceremony seemed like it flew by, it’s great to have the photos to go back and remember.”

You might recall, Katie and Evan did have a somewhat boozy ceremony element, but that’s not why it flew by so quickly for Evan … we hope!
