Emma Frankart Henterly

Let’s face it: You probably spend way too much time on Instagram, scrolling through #weddinginspo hashtags and experiencing thumb fatigue as a result. If that’s the case, we’re here to help with some local, curated content—our favorite Columbus-area Instagram posts from over the weekend.

This is a weekly series here on the Bustled blog, so make sure you tag us in your posts or use hashtags like #columbusweddings to help us find them for future roundups!

“A certain darkness is needed to see the stars”~ unknown As we move into the darker months I can’t help but feel the transformation happening within. The winter months are a much needed time of rest. It allows us to recharge and fill our cup. I’m looking forward to spending time with my family and celebrating our first major holidays in this new house. This past year has been immense for me. So many shifts, some good some bad, but it’s all growth and that is what I care about the most. I’m looking forward to working with my current and future 2020 couples to bring their dreams alive for their joyous unions. I literally cry at every wedding but also try not to show it. I care so much for my couples. I’m truly so excited for them and their journey together as one. I’m so looking forward to to the adventures of next year with my clients, their families, and some really badass vendors. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Lead photographer/ host: @kelsey.fisherphotography Event planner/ host: @lumoseventsllc Cake: @cakesbykatbakeshop Florals: @fezz_and_hazel Dresses: @shopgildedsocial Stationary: @birdhausco Hair: @cutcolorstyle614 Makeup: @makeyou614 Rentals/ furniture: @swankywishes Venue: @Strongwater_events

Well....we just bought ourselves a hoop house! (for the uninitiated- it’s basically a greenhouse, kinda) As much as I’ve resisted this in the past, it’s time to start investing in some quality season extension measures to make sure we have the best flowers possible - like these incredible @italian_ranunculus, perfect poppies, big fluffy dahlias, sweet peas and more. Stay tuned for the assembly chronicles: will our marriage survive the building process? Will the plastic go flying across the county? Find out the week of thanksgiving... We leave for a 2 week trip to Thailand on Monday, and will be announcing our lovely line of winter wreaths when we return. So please mark your calendars for 11/25 to reserve your wreath on our (beautiful! New!) website! They’ll be professionally packaged and shipped to you, or can be picked up at the farm for locals.
