It's all about the details.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Reminiscing about Alexus and Jimmie's intimate wedding. They tied the knot with 90 of their closest friends and family. The vibe was lighthearted, peaceful and calm. It quickly became clear to us that everyone was so supportive of Jimmie and Alexus finally saying "I do", and they chose their wedding party members wisely it seems. FAQ: When do you usually arrive on the wedding day? Answer: I typically arrive 2-3 hours before the start of the ceremony, depending on how many total hours I'm booked. Also it depends on whether or not the couple does a first look. (SN, I don't always think a first look is necessary, but more on that later.). We start the day with shooting all of the details. Dress, shoes, rings, and anything else that will be a part of your day. Then we photograph your final touches of makeup, and your girls helping you into your dress. During this time, we also make sure to photograph the groom getting ready as well, but let's be honest, their process is a little easier so there isn't as much going on in their suite usually lol. After everyone is dressed, we then try to get as many portraits done as possible with the bridal party and families. The goal is to be super productive so that we don't have to take up a bunch of time after the ceremony. We don't want to keep you from your party!!!
