Easton Hosts Free Family Films

Easton is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a specially themed installment of its annual Movies by Moonlight series.

The free outdoor series allows visitors to bring popcorn and blankets and catch a family-friendly film in Easton Town Square. This year’s lineup includes seven movies released in 1999, the year Easton opened.

Movies by Moonlight takes place on Tuesdays, from June 4 to Aug. 27. Movies start at dusk. The schedule (subject to change) is:

• June 4 – “The Wizard of Oz” (1939)
• June 11 – “Stuart Little” (1999)
• June 18 – “Tarzan” (1999)
• June 25 – “Ralph Breaks the Internet” (2018)
• July 2 – “Field of Dreams” (1989)
• July 9 – “Pokémon: The First Movie” (1998)
• July 16 – “Inspector Gadget” (1999)
• July 23 – “The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part” (2019)
• July 30 – “Muppets from Space” (1999)
• Aug. 6 – “The Iron Giant” (1999)
• Aug. 13 – “Mary Poppins Returns” (2018)
• Aug. 20 – “Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century” (1999)
• Aug. 27 – “Runaway Bride” (1999)
