The Columbus Weddings Show Is This Weekend
Don’t miss the area’s premier wedding expo this Saturday and Sunday at the Ohio Expo Center.
It’s almost here: The Columbus Weddings Show presented by Worthington Jewelers is this weekend at the Ohio Expo Center’s Kasich Hall! Central Ohio’s largest prestige wedding show has tons of resources to help you plan your perfect day: more than 85 vendors, many offering show-exclusive deals and discounts and/or free samples; a Gallery of Gowns to inspire your wedding-day fashion; thousands of dollars in giveaways; two daily Runway Shows, produced by Thomas McClure of Fashion Week Columbus; and a daily appearance by celebrity event planner David Tutera!
Tutera will take the stage each day in between the two Runway Shows and will answer audience questions; he’ll do a step-and-repeat with guests following his presentation. Want a more in-depth experience with Tutera? Tickets are still available for the VIP reception with him on both days!
Guests of the show can stop by the Alco-Haul Mobile Bar to grab a specialty cocktail; snag a selfie at one of our many inspiration stations; get glammed up with a free hair or makeup trial at the Beauty Bar Powered by Paul Mitchell; and enter to win some of the more than $10,000 in freebies and prizes, including a grand prize of $2,500 to spend with show sponsor Worthington Jewelers!
And we have two new experiences to share. Join us Saturday at 4:15 p.m. for a sparkling wine tasting. And on Sunday at 4 p.m., we’ll host a wine and canvas event—sip and paint a fun scene to close out the weekend. Want to do both? We got you! Anyone who attends the show on Saturday can come back for FREE on Sunday. Just stop by the Information Booth sponsored by the BBB before you leave on Saturday to claim your readmission pass.
Tickets are sold online and at the door, but buy your tickets online in advance to take advantage of discounted tickets courtesy of Twirl. And if you’re a member of our Countdown Club, you’re in luck—you’re entitled to two free tickets! Just check your newsletter (the last pre-show newsletter comes out Tuesday, Jan. 11) for the code to claim your tickets. Kids under 17 are free, and we’re happy to offer free admission to military veterans/active duty members, health care workers, first responders and teachers; just show your ID credentials at the door.
Parking at the Ohio Expo Center is $5, cash only.
COVID-19 note: Masks are strongly recommended at the Ohio Expo Center. In light of the ongoing omicron coronavirus surge, we will have masks available if you forget yours, and hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the venue.
